Unfortunately, Webconnex learned this the hard way. Despite their years of experience and success, they eventually hit a plateau and saw their profits decline. 

Due to the intense competition from their rivals in the event management software industry, Webconnex was outbid on highly qualified keywords. As a result, their average cost per acquisition (CPA) increased from the previous year's average of $170 to reach the $250’s

In December 2021, Imbassy took over the Webconnex ads campaign and we made some impressive changes! Our team optimized tracking and spread a wider net for reaching Webconnex’s audience, resulting in a significant boost in traffic and conversions.

But Imbassy was just getting started,  Webconnex received a record number of signups for January 2022 which is typically a slow month for the Agency. What's more, they were achieving this with a CPA that they never thought was possible. 

This success story has left the team at Webconnex pumped about their prospects for the future.

With optimized targeting and a narrowed focus, in just 60 days the CPA dropped even further to $120 in February 2022. The daily optimizations and constant focus on improving the CPA were paying off, and the Agency was well on its way to achieving its target CPA of $110.
