Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to develop customized digital marketing strategies that drive growth and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to execute campaigns and initiatives that align with clients' goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to drive revenue growth and maximize client value.
  • Lead regular client meetings, presentations, and check-ins to review performance, discuss strategy, and foster open communication.
  • Manage client expectations, address inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, client relations, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tactics across various channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify insights, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for client success and driving results.
