Position Overview:
Imbassy is seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Manager/Growth Partner to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, building and nurturing relationships, understanding their goals and challenges, and providing strategic guidance to help them achieve success. As a Growth Partner, you will collaborate closely with clients to develop tailored digital marketing strategies, drive growth initiatives, and deliver exceptional value. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to develop customized digital marketing strategies that drive growth and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to execute campaigns and initiatives that align with clients' goals.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and achieve desired outcomes.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to drive revenue growth and maximize client value.
- Lead regular client meetings, presentations, and check-ins to review performance, discuss strategy, and foster open communication.
- Manage client expectations, address inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, client relations, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tactics across various channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and deliver compelling presentations.
