Position Overview:

Imbassy is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations Manager/Finance Coordinator to oversee our financial operations and revenue management processes. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our financial performance, streamlining workflows, and ensuring accuracy and compliance across all financial activities. As a key member of our operations team, you will collaborate closely with various departments to drive efficiency, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the overall success of Imbassy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of revenue operations, including invoicing, billing, collections, and revenue recognition.
  • Develop and maintain financial processes, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data, trends, and KPIs to identify insights, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, and client services teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and billing processes.
  • Coordinate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies, answer inquiries, and facilitate timely payments.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts to track performance and inform decision-making.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts, including negotiation, procurement, and vendor performance evaluation.
  • Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
  • Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as needed to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in revenue operations, finance, or accounting roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a focus on driving results and delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
