In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our growth initiatives by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and fostering strong client relationships. As a Growth Advisor, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop and execute strategies that align with our clients' objectives while also contributing to the overall success of Imbassy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and understand their specific needs and pain points.
  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, and other communication channels to present Imbassy's services and solutions effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business goals and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns and strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and drive conversions.
  • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to continuously improve sales processes and strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in inside sales, business development, or related roles, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for driving growth and achieving targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools is a plus.
