Position Overview:

Imbassy is seeking a talented and creative Sonic Branding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sonic branding strategies that effectively communicate our clients' brand identities through sound. As a Sonic Branding Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to understand their brand values, personality, and target audience, and create customized sonic elements that resonate and leave a lasting impression. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their brand values, identity, and target audience to inform the sonic branding strategy.
  • Develop customized sonic elements, including sonic logos, brand anthems, soundscapes, and sonic mnemonics, that align with clients' brand identities and objectives.
  • Work closely with composers, musicians, and sound designers to create original music compositions and sound effects that capture the essence of the brand.
  • Ensure sonic branding elements are consistent across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, advertising campaigns, events, and physical spaces.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify sonic branding trends, best practices, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and client services, to integrate sonic branding elements into overall brand strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on how to leverage sonic branding to enhance brand recognition, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sonic branding initiatives, track key performance indicators, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sonic branding, music production, sound design, or a similar role, preferably in a branding agency or creative studio environment.
  • Strong understanding of brand identity, positioning, and the role of sound in brand communication.
  • Proficiency in music composition, audio editing, and sound production software (e.g., Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Adobe Audition).
  • Creative thinker with a passion for music, sound, and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
